IN HOUSE DESIGN OF DRAINAGE PLANS All site surveys leading up to take - off work to provide bid pricing.
LAND SURVEYING Research, survey reconnaissance, computations, certifications and fieldwork are all performed by or under the supervision of our own Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyors and Professional Design Staff using the latest technology.We use the Global Positioning System (GPS) and robotic total station equipment for highly accurate and efficient surveying and staking of our projects.
GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM (GPS) GPS equipment gives Radtke Contractors, Inc. ability to provide surveying and staking services with high accuracy and efficiency. Work that several years ago required 2 or more people to perform can now be done by one Surveyor and a GPS unit, which provides horizontal and vertical positioning for the site.
QUANTITY AND TAKEOFF WORK Quantities for earthwork, stone, and other materials are calculated by our staff for accurate and consistent estimates.
SITEWORK Sitework for new buildings, parking lots, roads, etc. Engineering design for site leveling and balancing of earthwork for reduced site preparation cost.
GRADING AND LEVELING Includes building site, subdivisions and golf courses.
TRUCKING Trucking of all kinds of materials both on and off site. We use local pits for sand and gravel. We also utilize a stockpile of topsoil and clay fill from our yard located at our main facility on Highway 110. We are also licensed to haul contaminated materials.Radtke Trucking LLC can provide trucks for your aggregate deliveries.
CULVERT INSTALLATION We work with private parties and municipalities to set culvert grades and to complete culvert installation.
STORM AND SANITARY SEWER INSTALLATIONOur licensed plumbers can provide storm, sanitary and water installation.
ASPHALT & CONCRETE CUTTING AND REMOVAL For parking lot and road preparation we work hard to provide the best results in asphalt and concrete cutting and removal. This can include new sites as well as repair and replacement of existing lots.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT / MACHINERY TRANSPORTATION
DEMOLITION WORKBuilding demolition including site testing and trucking to designated land fills.
SNOW REMOVALSnow removal for commercial parking lot and municipal roads. Fleet includes rubber tired loaders (3 to 7 yard buckets), graders, 7 yard salt trucks each equipped with plow and wing, pick-up trucks with plows, skid steers equipped with broom, blower or bucket.
